Ali3510C-515073 RECEIVER RED LIGHT FAULT RECOVERY PROCEDURE
Nows days Most of us are facing Red light On, Stay ON Not Boot and some time Receiver HANG OUT after some time Because This Board is Manufacturing Fault Which Can Be recovers by Following Troubleshooting Method .
Check Main Power Supply Voltages
Pin1.5v+ Pin2 Grd - Pin3. 15 v+ Pin 4. 21 v+ If voltage not in limits than Replace Power Supply with serviceable one .
SMC Regulator ( Surface Mount Component )
Input Voltages- 3.7 V+ Output Voltage 1.8 V+ Same voltage for System Ram Also
Coil Pin Voltages -: 1.1 to 1.2
EEPROM Voltage 3.3 V+
Flash IC Voltages
Pin 1-: 3.3V+ Pin 7 -3.3 V+ Pin 8 - 3.3V+
USB Voltage -: VCC 5V+
USB FUSE -: Check Voltage VCC 5V5+ ( if no voltage than USB will not Detect )
Switching Transistor (8550 )
If Somethings is written on Parts than you can replace the Parts .
which helps to connect Horizontal and Vertical Channels some to Receiver not work so replace Transistor 8550 to remove fault .
Video Not Display may be any resistance fault which is very difficult to replace resistance.
Check Tuner Voltage -:
Vertical Channels like NSS 6 Minimum Voltage -13V +
Horizontal Channels like Asiasat Minimum Voltage -18V+
Front Panels Display
Some Time No display on Front Panel Press Yellow Button on Remote to change Resolution and Video display problem remove.
